Shipping Time: Express Shipping FeDex/DHL (3-4 working days). Below is $99 as you choose Standard Shipping (5-8 working days) or Express Shipping. Please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If you want to make a return, please get in touch with us at service@chloewigs.com, with the order number and the problems. We accept return or exchange within 30 days after you received the hair. We will send a reply email within 24 hours. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and wigs eligible for a return must be those that are unworn, unwashed, uncut, not dyed and kept in their original condition - with the original package & tag attached.

If you return the items without contacting us or raise a dispute without a solid reason, we will not ensure your full refund, and we may make a complaint according to the policy. The return info will be sent to you after you contact us. The unauthorized return of products will not be accepted. We recommend you using USPS to have the package shipped back to us and please get us the tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
