A confirmation email will be sent once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. (Note: For some big orders, we need to confirm your details in case of credit card fraud. Please make sure your e-mail or phone number is correct and available.)
The total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: 2-4 working Days (synthetic wigs),5- 15 working days (Human Wigs, Hair Toppers， Hair Extensions )after receiving payment. Once the wig is shipped, we will email you a tracking number.
Shipping Time: Express Shipping (3-6 working days) Standard Shipping (5-8 working days) Please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All the wigs will be shipped directly from our factories so that premium quality wigs can be offered.
DELIVERY TERMS
Express Shipping uses DHL and Fedex to deliver the product.
Standard Shipping uses the local Post to deliver the product.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to change the place where your order will be delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at service@chloewigs.com.
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been sent.
