Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and contact us via email. If you want to make a return, please get in touch with us at service@chloewigs.com with the order number and the problems. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days after you receive the hair. We will send a reply email within 24 hours. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and wigs eligible for a return must be those that are unworn, unwashed, uncut, not dyed and kept in their original condition - with the original package & tag attached.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, the products, or the payment, we encourage you to reach out to us first. Your feedback is important to us. If you return items without contacting us or raise a dispute without a valid reason, we may not be able to ensure your full refund and may need to follow our policy. Once you contact us, we will provide you with the necessary return information. Please remember that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
We recommend using USPS to ship the package back to us. Please provide us with the tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. This way, you can keep track of your return and ensure its safe arrival.
