If you want to make a return, please get in touch with us at service@chloewigs.com, with the order number and the problems. We accept return or exchange within 30 days after you received the hair. We will send a reply email within 24 hours. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and wigs eligible for a return must be those that are unworn, unwashed, uncut, not dyed and kept in their original condition - with the original package & tag attached.

If you return the items without contacting us or raise a dispute without a solid reason, we will not ensure your full refund, and we may make a complaint according to the policy.
